Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Auri Footwear’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Auri Footwear” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1200 N. Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Auri Footwear reserves the right not to process orders received for any reason as solely determined by Auri Footwear.

If the products displayed are no longer available at the time of your order, Auri Footwear will inform you of our stocking position within 24-48 hours from submission of your order. Auri Footwear will also refund the total purchase amount if the product is no longer available.

By submitting an order with Auri footwear, you accept our Conditions of Use. Should you not agree with these terms, please do not submit your order.

All Merchandise sold by Auri Footwear, hereunder, is warranted under normal use and service to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”).

The warranty does not apply to defects not caused by Auri Footwear (such as acts of God, abuse, or misuse, or vandalism), nor to merchandise which has been altered or improperly repaired by a party other than Auri Footwear.

To make a claim under this warranty, the Customer must notify Auri Footwear in writing within the warranty period.

Customer’s receipt of the merchandise will constitute an unqualified acceptance of such merchandise and a waiver of any and all claims with respect to such merchandise (other than warranty claims) unless customer gives Auri Footwear written notice of its claim within 24-48 hours.

Auri Footwear tries to accurately present and portray all products offered. While we try to portray our product as accurately as possible, products viewed on our website may vary slightly in comparison to the merchandise received in terms of image and color due to manufacturing techniques or due to differences caused by computer monitors or internet browsers used. Auri Footwear reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to invoice the corrected price.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Auri Footwear website. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name,  Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, Credit/Debit Card Expiration Date, Credit/Debit Card Security Code.

 The Way We Use Information: 

Auri Footwear uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. 

Auri Footwear uses the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. 

Auri Footwear uses return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. 

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new/upcoming products. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. 

Auri Footwear uses non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. 

Finally, Auri Footwear never uses or shares the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Auri Footwear does not deliver on Saturday’s. PO Box, APO, & FPO addresses are not acceptable.

Auri Footwear retains the right to allow five to ten (5-10) business days from the point-of-sale for delivery.

The proper transfer of your shipment to an alternate carrier of the recipient’s choice also transfers responsibility to the recipient. Any claims of any nature must be made with the carrier at point-of-delivery. Unless specified in writing to Auri Footwear, all orders are shipped prepaid UPS (ground) including cost of insurance and handling.

Billing Process:

Auri Footwear accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your credit/debit card will be processed upon completion of your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. Auri Footwear reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is required, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Sales Tax:


Auri Footwear is required by law to charge all local sales tax on orders shipped within the state of California.

Shipping Time Estimates:

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours within the next business day. For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 12:00pm (EST) to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

Back Orders:


Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Customers will be notified via email in the event of a backorder.

Returns & Cancellations:

Customer shall not return merchandise to Auri footwear without receiving prior written authorization from Auri Footwear and a return authorization number are issued by Auri Footwear. Items returned should be sent by traceable means and arrive freight “prepaid”. Merchandise must be received in its original condition and in its original box. Worn products will not be accepted or credited and will be returned to the customer.

A credit will be issued for counted merchandise received not to exceed the amount authorized. Any merchandise that is received in a condition other than what was agreed upon written authorization will not be eligible for credit. Return authorization numbers expire thirty (30) days after the date issued. Merchandise cannot be returned with an expired return authorization number. Auri footwear is not responsible for any freight or consolidation charges associated with any returns.

All cancellations must be emailed to customerservice@aurifootwear.com before 4:00PM (EST) on the current business day.

All Shipments, as mentioned, are prepaid freight by UPS (ground). Claims of lost or damaged shipments must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. In such instances, Auri Footwear should be notified of the problem to ensure prompt service.

Refused shipments will not be accepted. Any refusal must be resolved within forty-eight (48) hours.
